Sauces |
|
Some might agree the sauce is everything. Here are
some of my favorite sauces. Most take only a few minutes to make.
They can be used in a variety of ways that can add zest and delight
to a relatively quick dinner. I will be adding meal ideas. |

Substitute Splenda for sugar with no problem. Use
butter alternatives, okay. Use a garlic press, almost a must. Better
than a ginger file, mince it then pound it in a mortar and pestle
Adjust things like garlic and ginger to suit your taste. |

These sauces, other than the galce de viande, are
suitable for vegetarian dishes. |
