I like to cook, and, well,
I like to eat. When first met Fred Sommer, a great cook as well
as great photographer, I was invited for dinner. It was one of the
best meals I had ever had. We were talking about food and eating,
and he said no matter how bad times had been he made a point of
having one good meal every day. I couldn't agree more. And with
the ecnomy as it is, how much more important today?
